Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed (or access to it was disabled) as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to us that includes:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.

2. Identification of the material removed or to which access has been disabled and the location where it appeared before it was removed.

3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the court in your location, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We reserve the right to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
